Meditation-Bells.com is dedicated to providing quality information on the subject of Meditation Bells, Meditaion Gongs and Bells and all other Meditation related products. I am fairly new to the world of mediation (well, it hasn’t been part of my
life for decades as it has been for many people who write about mediation….I’ll admit that). But when I found mediation and it practices, I decided to create this site. I am your average guy. I am not a guru, nor is meditation any part of my livelihood….i.e. I don’t teach it. But what I have done is do as much research as I could on the subject and wrote about what I found.
That being said, why Mediation Bells? Well, for me at least, Mediation Bells (as well as “gongs” and “bowls”) combine mediation with interior design. Mediation Bells are not only a very useful tool in aiding mediation, but also provide a unique and beautiful piece of art for any space. They come in so many interesting varieties and sizes and can be found all over the internet.
Now why “Binaural Beats” and “Guided Mediations”? As I said above, I am relatively new to mediation. So it is not something that just came to me naturally; I needed all the help I could get. So I found Holosync originally, which was a form of binaural beats, which is a series of almost subliminal alpha, beta and delta waves that when listed to with headphones, help transform the brain into a meditative state. In other words, and the best analogy I can think of is, it’s meditation on steroids. There are many places on the internet where you can download various types of guided mediations, with (or without) these subliminal tones embedded within the audio.
I hope you’ll find helpful information on mediation and mediation bowls, bells and gongs along with tips and my personal experiences. This site is in the format of a ‘weblog’ so that each time I post new information, it will come to the top of the front page. This means that you can check back here frequently to see new updates to the information found here.
